Front Office Trading Support Engineer (Linux / Python)

Join our trading technology team - supporting critical front office systems used by traders and quants.

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve real‑time production issues in a Linux environment
  • Build automation scripts using Bash/Python
  • Analyse data issues using SQL

Requirements

  • Strong Linux fundamentals and command‑line proficiency
  • Practical scripting experience (Python and/or Bash)
  • Experience with exchange connectivity / trading platforms (ION, TT, FIS advantageous)
  • Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with clear communication

This is not a functional support role— you’ll be expected to own issues end-to-end at a technical level.
