We’re working with a leading organisation in the real estate sector that is looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join their growing team. This role is built around three key pillars:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product increments.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress effectively.
  • Ensure technical integrity of solutions, including integrations and architecture decisions.
  • Monitor product performance and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner in a technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Pardot and Service Cloud.
  • Ability to get hands‑on with technical discussions, integrations, and architecture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and leading cross‑functional teams.
