We're on the lookout for a 2nd Line Network Support Engineer to support key clients services and work on high-impact national projects.
Location: London (2 Days a week on site)
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot network issues and manage incident/change tickets
- Keep clients updated with clear, professional communication
- Support new service rollouts and maintain technical documentation
