IT Support Consultant – Global, Windows & ServiceNow

First Recruitment Group is seeking an IT Support Consultant for a 12 month contract in Edinburgh. You will provide hands-on desktop hardware and software support to a global user base, manage incidents via a ticketing system, and assist with deployment and improvement of end-user technology services.

The role requires proven IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows and Office, and the ability to travel for onsite support as needed. ServiceNow experience is preferred.
