Weare seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead a small, dedicated IT team,responsible for managing our company’s system development and ensuringefficient daily IT support for both internal and external stakeholders. The ITManager will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our technologyinfrastructure, driving system improvements, ensuring data security, andsupporting operational needs across departments.
Requirements
IT Team Leadership and Management
1. Lead,mentor, and manage a small team of IT professionals.
2. Overseeteam development and performance, ensuring consistent support and engagement.
3. Conductregular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest technologicaladvancements and best practices.
System Development and Optimization
1. Developand maintain company systems to ensure stability, scalability, and alignmentwith organizational goals.
2. Workclosely with various departments to understand system needs and implementsolutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
3. Overseesystem upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting, minimizing downtime.
Daily IT Support
1. Ensuretimely and effective technical support for internal users, addressing issuesrelated to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
2. Providehigh-quality support to external stakeholders as needed, maintainingprofessionalism and technical accuracy.
3. Establish,monitor, and continuously improve IT service management processes.
1. LeadIT projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely andcost-effective delivery.
2. Developproject plans, set timelines, and assign responsibilities within the team.
3. Maintaincommunication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providingupdates and managing expectations.
Security and Compliance
1. Implementand enforce IT security protocols to protect company data and resources.
2. Regularlyassess risks and address vulnerabilities through proactive system updates andmonitoring.
3. Ensurecompliance with relevant industry regulations, best practices, and companypolicies.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation
1. Managethe IT budget, optimizing resource allocation for hardware, software, andservice contracts.
2. Evaluateand recommend technology purchases and upgrades, aligning with business needsand budget constraints.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ITmanagement or a related role, with a proven track record of managing IT systemsand leading a team.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in system administration, networkmanagement, database management, and cybersecurity principles.
Project Management
Experience in managing projects, includingplanning, budgeting, and executing.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving, communication, andinterpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with internal and externalstakeholders
