The team focuses exclusively on digital assets and operates a leading market-neutral trading platform, leveraging technology, quantitative research, and data-driven decision-making

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Trade Support Engineer to join our Front Office Technology team. This

is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer with a strong STEM background who

is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and real-time systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live trading systems, exchange connectivity, and market data feeds
  • Investigate and resolve real-time production incidents and trading anomalies.
  • Troubleshoot order execution issues, latency spikes, and data inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with developers, quantitative researchers, and traders to identify root causes.
  • Conduct post-incident analysis and improve system reliability.
  • Build and maintain monitoring tools, dashboards, and automation scripts.
  • Support operational processes, alerting frameworks, and runbooks.
  • Develop increasing ownership of trading platform operations as experience grows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another STEM discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Production Support, SRE, Trade Support, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, debugging techniques, and log analysis.
  • Exposure to distributed systems and cloud environments.
  • Interest in real-time systems, low-latency infrastructure, and financial markets.
  • Trading, exchange, or digital asset exposure is beneficial but not required.
