Desktop & Cloud Support Engineer - Microsoft 365 & Azure

ECI is seeking a Field Services Engineer to deliver end-user desktop support for Windows, Exchange and Office 365 across London clients. You will handle Level 1-2 tickets, perform server administration tasks, and liaise with vendors for third-party services.

This role may focus on a flagship client or multiple clients in London. The ideal candidate has a degree in IT or 3+ years of equivalent experience, strong O365 and AD skills, and familiarity with RMM/MDM tools.
