Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design: from discovery and concept through to polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Build and evolve our design system and component library, establishing consistent standards that scale as the product grows.
- Run user research, usability testing and stakeholder interviews to ground design decisions in real insight.
- Partner with Client Success Managers to translate client feedback and business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience of UX/product design within a SaaS or digital product environment.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, strong visual craft and a clear design process — not just polished deliverables.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to present and defend your design decisions to varied audiences, including clients.
- The ability to work independently, managing and communicating your workload effectively.
- A genuine curiosity about users, problems and systems.
