Описание: OpenHuman is a London-based AI company building a decision platform that enables organizations to simulate and audit how markets, competitors, and customers respond to high-stakes decisions before they go live.
Задачи:
- Build the core product using Python (FastAPI) and React (Next.js/TypeScript), architecting systems for customer workspaces and data ingestion;
- Design and implement customer-facing interfaces for querying, exploring, and auditing AI-generated insights with clear evidence provenance;
- Collaborate with AI engineers to productize complex reasoning workflows;
- Ensure high reliability, observability, and security foundations from day one;
- Define engineering standards, architecture, and core product culture;
- Build interfaces and infrastructure that make messy data and uncertain predictions inspectable and trustworthy.
Требования:
- Have 5+ years of software engineering experience;
- Combine strong backend systems experience with Python and frontend product expertise with React/TypeScript;
- Have deep expertise in building data-intensive B2B SaaS products with complex workflows, artifact versioning, and high-reliability data modeling;
- Demonstrate ownership in ambiguous environments;
- Have product judgment to make complex analytical systems intuitive and reliable.
