Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership
  • Acting as the senior escalation point for network-related issues
  • Leading major incidents through to resolution
  • Supporting complex troubleshooting across customer environments
  • Driving technical standards and best practice
• Team & Operations
  • Mentoring and supporting network engineers
  • Improving processes, documentation, and operational visibility
  • Assisting with workload planning and prioritisation
  • Helping build structure and consistency across the team
• Customer Engagement
  • Working closely with customers to understand challenges and requirements
  • Identifying technical risks and improvement opportunities
  • Supporting network lifecycle planning and upgrades
  • Providing technical guidance and consultation
• Project Delivery
  • Leading network upgrades, migrations, and refresh projects
  • Supporting solution design and technical decision making
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard
  • Working closely with service desk and project teams
