PMO Analyst (ERP) – Outside IR35
Location: Remote with occasional UK travel
Contract: Initial 6–12 months
IR35: Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project, providing PMO support across planning, governance, reporting, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the PMO function across a complex ERP implementation.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Produce project status reports, dashboards and management information.
- Coordinate governance meetings, steering committees and project documentation.
- Track project progress and milestones using Azure DevOps.
- Support resource planning, financial tracking and project controls.
- Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective programme delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations.
- Ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking and reporting.
- Strong governance, reporting, planning and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
