Watchfinder & Co. is seeking a Software Development Lead to guide the delivery of premium internal software systems. You will work with agile squads, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence across back-end and front-end efforts.

You should bring 5+ years as a software developer with leadership experience, strong C#, MVC and RESTful services, plus hands-on familiarity with Angular, TypeScript, SQL and AWS. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
