We’re looking for a highly experienced Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow) Technical Consultant to join our team on a subcontract basis. If you have deep technical expertise and a strong track record of delivering complex RightNow solutions, we’d love to hear from you!
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, customization, and support of Oracle B2C Service Cloud
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle RightNow / B2C Service Cloud
- Expertise in Service Cloud implementations
- Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
