We are seeking a Data Strategy Consultant to build and lead the data ecosystem for a newly created department. You will design, implement, and govern a robust data strategy from the ground up, ensuring seamless integration with the wider organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development : Architect the department's foundational data strategy and roadmap.
- Organizational Alignment : Connect departmental data pathways efficiently with existing business infrastructure.
- Data Quality : Establish strict protocols to guarantee data integrity and accuracy.
- Security & Governance : Define data governance frameworks and enforce rigorous security standards.
- Tech Innovation : Incorporate emerging technologies like AI and machine learning into data workflows.
- Pipeline Engineering : Design scalable data pathways for smooth ingestion, processing, and reporting.
Required Experience
- Proven track record of building data strategies from scratch.
- Deep knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance laws.
- Expertise in modern data architecture and cloud-based data pipelines.
- Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI).
- Strong stakeholder management skills to bridge departmental and corporate teams.
