The organisation is looking to hire a senior Network Technical Lead into a major financial services customer environment. This is a highly technical, project-focused position for someone with strong experience across modern data centre networking, financial services infrastructure and complex enterprise transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the technical lead across complex network projects
- Leading technical discussions with customer stakeholders
- Supporting network design, implementation, and migration activities
- Working across VXLAN-based network environments
- Supporting multicast infrastructure and traffic flows
- Working within performance-sensitive financial services environments
- Providing technical direction throughout project delivery
- Troubleshooting complex network and application flow challenges
- Supporting infrastructure transformation initiatives
- Collaborating closely with engineering and architecture teams
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong networking experience within financial services
- Hands-on experience with VXLAN
- Strong multicast networking expertise
- Senior-level routing and switching knowledge
- Experience leading complex technical projects
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to operate as a technical escalation point
- Experience across network design and implementation

Salary:
- Up to £90,000 basic salary
