A leading technology company in London is seeking an experienced SAP Transition Lead for a contract role. You will be responsible for the handover of a multi-module SAP landscape into business-as-usual operations. Key tasks include defining the operating model, creating detailed transition plans, and leading knowledge-transfer activities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Finance, along with strong project management skills. This position offers a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office for the first few months, transitioning to 3 days per week.
