Lucas Collective is seeking skilled Sous Chefs to join the opening team for Wishbone in Melbourne. You will assist the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations and help the kitchen run efficiently across all sections, planning, organising and coaching the team.
Ideal candidates will have Sous Chef experience in premium restaurants, with advantageous exposure to Chinese cuisine, strong leadership, and a solid focus on food safety and teamwork.
