Sharp & Carter is seeking a Fleet Allocator for the AM shift at our Sydney West cold chain operation. This permanent full-time role starts at 4:00am and involves real-time dispatch and allocation of fleet resources in a high-volume, temperature-controlled environment.
You'll manage drivers, coordinate with other teams, monitor cold-chain compliance, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining service levels across deliveries and pickups.
