Salesforce Architect – Antwerp / Hybrid
We are partnering with a leading chemical manufacturing company based in Antwerp seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and optimise enterprise-wide CRM and digital transformation solutions across sales, service, and operations. This is a strategic hands-on architecture role focused on delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support complex B2B commercial processes, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and govern end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform capabilities
- Translate business requirements from commercial, supply chain, customer service, and operational teams into scalable Salesforce architecture and solution designs
- Lead enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation initiatives with strong focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
- Define and enforce architectural best practices, governance frameworks, integration standards, and development principles across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Design complex system integrations between Salesforce and core enterprise platforms including ERP, manufacturing, logistics, and data platforms
- Oversee data architecture including master data strategy, data migration, data quality, and governance across multiple business units
- Partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of strategic Salesforce initiatives
- Provide architectural leadership across implementation, release planning, solution optimisation, and platform roadmap development
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise CRM and Salesforce solutions, including significant experience in solution architecture or enterprise architecture roles
- Deep expertise across the Salesforce platform, with strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform capabilities
- Proven experience architecting large-scale Salesforce implementations in complex global enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration architecture including APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and third-party system connectivity
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of data architecture, master data management, migration strategies, and governance best practices
- Experience designing secure, scalable multi-cloud architectures with strong focus on compliance and platform governance
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) strongly preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decisions
- Experience within manufacturing, chemicals, industrial, or supply chain-driven organisations is highly desirable
- High ownership mindset with exceptional delivery standards and strong business partnering capability
