About the Role
We are looking for a Functional ERPConsultant with expertise in ERP systems. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client needs and technical delivery, working closely with clients, developers, and other consultants to deliver high‑impact Odoo implementations and optimizations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and map them to Odoo functionality
- Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules to meet customer requirements
- Deliver functional support and training to end‑users
- Work closely with developers to translate functional specs into technical tasks
- Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions within the Odoo ecosystem
- Lead and document testing, training, and deployment processes
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support
Hard Skills
- Completed a Master Study in the field of computer science, economics or similar
- Experience in another domain as Finance, Logistics, HR etc. is a plus
- Strong understanding of business workflows and how they map
- Skilled in writing functional specifications and translating business requirements into stories
- Experience with testing, UAT, and training users
- Proficiency in documenting business processes and system setups (uml, bpmns)
- Fluent in English and Dutch (other languages are a plus)

- Client‑oriented with the ability to understand and manage expectations
