? About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in shaping digital strategies for top-tier banking clients. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, and performance optimization, contributing to impactful insights in the banking sector. You will be busy with exploring latest machine learning models.
You will:
- Assist in data collection, cleansing, and analysis from various banking sources to identify key insights.
- Take a part in Machine Learning & Deep Learning Projects
- Support the development of data-driven digital strategies and campaigns tailored to the banking industry.
- Conduct basic A/B testing and assist in performance analysis of digital initiatives within the banking domain.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports specific to digital banking strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign targeting and segmentation within the banking sector.
- Participate in data interpretation and contribute to actionable recommendations in the context of banking and digital transformation.
You bring to the table:
- A Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Banking, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
- A strong eagerness to work with data and learn data analysis techniques within the banking sector.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, VBA, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with digital banking technologies and platforms is a plus.
- An interest in digital strategy and a desire to grow in this field within the banking industry.
- Strong communication skills to convey data findings in the context of banking and digital strategy.
Fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch
- We are looking for proactive problem‑solvers
- You’ll be working independently & autonomously
- Passion for growing, building, and continuous learning, especially around the developments within AI and Data Science
- Working with cross‑functional teams with different business needs, requirements, and challenges
