Description
This role is responsible for the leadership and management of all procurement and subcontract functions, including but not limited to:
- Lead procurement and subcontract activities from tender through to execution and close out, ensuring Civmec's commercial and contractual interests are protected.
- Prepare and manage RFT / RFQ documentation, evaluation of submissions, commercial recommendations and risk assessments.
- Drive commercial negotiations and coordinate technical and legal input to achieve the best cost, risk and value outcome for the business.
- Administer subcontracts post award including progress claims, variations, performance management, disputes and close out.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify, manage and communicate commercial risks and maintain accurate procurement and contract records.
