About the roles:

We’re on the lookout for hands on, people driven Production Supervisors to join our Specialties team at our Orchard Hills manufacturing site. If you’re the kind of leader who thrives on the floor, builds capability in others, and keeps operations running smoothly under pressure, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

As a Production Supervisor – Specialties, you’ll be the driving force behind safe, efficient, and cost effective production. You’ll lead and develop Team Leaders and Operators, creating a high performance culture where people feel supported, accountable, and motivated to deliver. Your ability to coach, influence, and lift capability will be central to hitting our targets and keeping our lines running at their best.

You’ll also take ownership of day to day production processes, troubleshoot issues in real time, and collaborate across functions to ensure schedules stay on track and KPIs are consistently met.

These roles will be based at our Orchard Hills site.

We have one role for each shift as below:

• Day Shift 6am - 2pm
• Afternoon Shift 2pm - 10pm
• Night Shift 10pm - 6am

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 5+ years of proven supervisory experience, ideally in a fast paced manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Experience in an IWS environment is a strong advantage
• A hands on leadership style; visible on the floor, engaged with your people, and committed to building capability
• Strong understanding of safety and quality systems, with a track record of driving compliance and continuous improvement
• Exceptional planning, organisation, and time management skills
• High levels of integrity, accountability, and follow through
