Responsibilities
- Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant of new leases
- Lease renewals and re‑gears
- Portfolio management work
- Supporting on acquisitions and disposals with a strong asset management focus
- Providing strategic, commercially minded advice to clients
- Managing your own files while working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong landlord and tenant experience
- Comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision
- Commercially aware with strong client care skills
- Keen to get involved in business development
