Location: Sydney CBD Office | 5 days on-site
Opportunity: Fixed-term full-time – 12 months until mid-June 2027
Reports To: Manager – Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage levy notices across a portfolio of QLD & NSW retirement communities
- Maintain and reconcile levy accounts with precision and consistency
- Respond to levy-related queries from Community Managers with clarity and to a high standard
- Support financial processes such as receipting payments, calculating rates or ad hoc contributions and bank reconciliations
- Build strong relationships with Community Managers and sales administration stakeholders
- Ensure all records and processes meet legislative and quality standards
Qualifications
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, or high-volume administrative roles
- Confidence working with Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software (e.g. TechOne)
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
