Petsy Pet Insurance Australia is looking for a dynamic and proactive Vet Nurse / Customer Care and Member Care Consultant who will undergo comprehensive training to deliver outstanding customer service and support to our valued customers and members.

Base Pay

Annual base pay ranging from $37,000.00 to $48,000.00, commensurate with experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and social media.
• Providing comprehensive information about pet insurance products and services.
• Handling and resolving customer concerns and policy queries.
• Assisting customers in making insurance claims and guiding them through the process.
• Liaising with vets and pet‑related businesses for follow‑ups.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
• Processing changes to customer accounts, such as updating contact details or modifying policies.
• Ensuring a consistent and high standard of service within the customer service team.
• Keeping up-to-date with product updates, policy changes and industry trends.
• Contributing to the development of scripts or FAQs for common queries.
• Assisting with related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Can‑do attitude and enthusiasm for pets.
• Genuine interest in dogs or cats.
• Prior exposure to pet or other insurance (preferred, not required).
• Experience with vets not required; vet nurses and students are encouraged to apply.

Work Arrangement
