The Headlines


In the role of Equipment Specialist Leader you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations team.  You will provides leadership for optimal functioning and reliability of brewery assets and processes.  This role drives functional problem solving, innovations and process improvement of assets, processes, and technology.


You will provide support and expertise for asset management, machine availability, reliability and performance as well as serve as a resource to ensure the long term sustainability of equipment reliability.


This position reports to the Manager of Asset Care and partners with operations to improve process quality.


The Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership for optimal functioning and reliability of brewery equipment and processes
  • Drives functional problem solving and process improvement of equipment, processes, and technology.
  • Supports brewing and packaging equipment reliability
  • Creates a team and environment to ensure equipment and process optimization
  • Provides leadership and support for asset management strategy implementation
  • Develops and supports a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to support improved performance of brewery processes, assets, safety and quality.
  • Leads equipment specialist teams in providing asset management and engineering support to units and production teams.


The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Even better, you have a Masters in Buisness Management or Project Management  
  • You have a minimum of five (5) years in an engineering/ maintenance leadership/ managerial position in a manufacturing environment
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy 
  • You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering. 
  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
