SAIC is currently looking for geospatial professionals who are interested in supporting the National Geospatial Agency (NGA) Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Tradecraft Learning Contract (GTLC) as instructors and subject matter experts (SMES). The GTLC Team will support the National Geospatial-Intelligence College (NGC) by providing innovative mission-essential training, education, and professional development services to enable the United States to achieve its global GEOINT mission.

GTLC is designed to help NGA retain its preeminence and the leadership position it has enjoyed in the GEOINT Community for many years. This contract is also designed to transform GEOINT tradecraft using state-of-the-art geospatial technology, tools, and processes to provide warfighters on the ground and decision makers at the highest levels of government with the information they need to maintain decision advantage over our adversaries. The relevance of NGA will depend upon the work our instructors and SMEs will perform to modernize analytical training and develop the next generation of NGA analysts.

Specifically, NGA has a requirement to provide GEOINT technical subject matter experts (SME) that will instruct GEOINT professionals within NGA, the Intelligence Community (IC), and beyond. These SME/Instructors will provide instructional design, delivery, and maintenance of more than 80 GEOINT-related learning solutions ranging from critical thinking to geospatial analysis.

Our two primary work locations will be Springfield, VA and St. Louis, MO. In addition to these locations some travel may be required to other CONUS (e.g., CO, OH, and FL) and OCONUS locations (HI and UK).

- Imagery Science/ Phenomenology (LIDAR, OPIR, SAR, etc.)

- Imagery Analysis

- Imagery Analyst Systems

- Aeronautical Analysis

- Maritime Analysis

- Cartography

- Applied Science

- Data Science and Analysis

- Collaborative Analytic Approaches

- Structured Analytic Approaches

- Critical Thinking

- Intelligence Writing and Briefing


Candidates must have, at a minimum, an active DoD TS SCI clearance with the ability to pass a polygraph exam.
