Position Summary: 

Investigate customer video requests in a timely manner using a variety of computer based methods including but not limited to Google Maps and Google Street View. Once request is understood and investigated fully, employee would be responsible for downloading the corresponding videos needed for the request, as well as responsible for uploading them, reviewing them for accuracy, and sending them to the requesting customer. Role requires good note taking, ability to follow direction, generalized computer knowledge, savvy email use, and generalized customer service skills.


Roles and Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ability to type at minimum of 40 words per minute.
  2. Ability to use Google Maps to quickly pinpoint locations and follow vehicle trails.
  3. Ability to work quickly and effectively in Google Chrome while monitoring and downloading videos.
  4. Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  5. Must be able to multitask while handling multiple customer requests simultaneously. 
  6. Effectively and professionally communicate with customers via phone and email.
  7. Basic math skills and the ability to quickly convert time between time zones and from UTC.
  8. Able to deal with a stressful work environment, daily deadlines, and a constantly changing schedule.
  9. Must be able to quickly learn commercial vehicle platforms in the waste and recycling industries.
  10. Must be detail oriented with a thorough approach to note taking and documentation.
  11. Must be a self-starter with a “can do” attitude looking to be a team player.



Knowledge:  Basic math skills. Able to communicate with customers via email or phone.  Type at a minimum of 40 wpm.  Work efficiently on a personal computer with Microsoft Office, Google Maps, and Google Chrome.
