Position Summary

The Product and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow off all incoming and outgoing sample merchandise in the corporate offices. The Product Coordinator works to facilitate all product reviews, visual setups, and coordinate the arrival of samples. This position also provides facilities support to the business in a variety of projects, including building, installation, and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Specific Responsibilities

* Receive, store, inventory, coordinate transport, and assemble furniture
* Work with Visual and Merchandising teams to organize development and photo samples at Grand location
* Partner with Visual and Merchandising teams to coordinate delivery and pick up of visual and photo samples to Grand location.
* Transport sample and visual merchandise between Yeon and Grand, utilizing a company or rental vehicle.
* Maintain storage areas to ensure safety of the associates and product
* Provides support to Facilities and Visual departments by performing miscellaneous carpentry and building maintenance/repair duties such as painting, building (i.e. store and merchandise displays), light fixture installation, basic building repairs, etc.
* Perform miscellaneous duties including, but not limited to: inventory control checks, product review setup/breakdown, loading/unloading trucks
* Assist with conference room and office setup, desk setup and moves
* Assist with space planning and large project relocations

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, auction house, moving/storage or furniture installations
* 1- 2 years' experience in general repairs and maintenance, with skills in finish carpentry and electrical.
* Must possess valid driver license
* Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
* Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted
* Strong multi-tasking skills a must
* High sense of urgency and ability to work independently in a fast paced, high volume environment
