Job Description

Position Summary:

Analytical position which performs highly complex analytical account tasks in the validation and approval for invoicing and billing to ensure accuracy in accordance with contract terms.  This position will interface with both internal and external customers to perform dispute resolution and audit validations. This position requires direct contact with Utilities.

  1. Minimum 3.0 in Finance or Business Degree
  2. Advanced Excel Skills
  3. Experience in understanding legal contract terms



  1. Primary contact for Occupational Staff, Real Estate, Network Joint Use and Public Utilities
  2. Audit of all invoices and bills for accuracy and completeness
  3. Invoice approval in accordance with company policies
  4. Document resolution and produce management reporting
  5. Review invoices for inventory variance and work with reconcilers
  6. Ensure all invoicing and billing errors are monitored and cleared appropriately
  7. Monitor budget actuals to forecast
  8. Participate in PUC or State Issues
  9. Participate in Contract Negotiations
  10. Perform invoicing audit and records validation
  11. Maintain compliance with corporate policies
