The Cycle Manager is responsible for managing the cycle plan for on line work management. This positions manages the baseline schedule of surveillances and preventive maintenance items based on the 13 week template, over the next rolling fuel cycle interval.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: develop/oversee the plan for addition of corrective maintenance, modifications, and other approved work items to the baseline schedule of surveillances and preventive maintenance work.  The successful candidate will also manage restraints to the planned work, with close coordination and alignment with the budget, and management for major equipment maintenance windows over upcoming fuel cycles. This includes such items as circulation water/service water pumps, motors and screens, with online budget considerations.


Other assignments can include the performance as the station predefined coordinator. Will implement the predefine process for the environmental equipment qualification program, preventative maintenance program, technical specifications surveillance program. Manages seasonal readiness, SOC planning and scheduling, emergent scoping, and schedule templates. Performs leadership/oversight of both MAST and represented (collective bargaining unit) employees. Chairs and attends a variety of meetings including E 20, E 12, PHC, PMOC, ER, leak Management and ERT team member for forced outage responses and EP plan support.



BS degree or equivalent combination/education-experience and minimum 6 years nuclear power plant experience in: Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, or Work Management.

Minimum 3 Years Leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of a commercial nuclear power plant (BWR or PWR).

Must meet Nuclear's requirements for Unescorted Site Access.



SRO License or Certification, System Engineering.

Strong computer skills including Knowledge of P3/P6 and SAP applications.

Experience with the development and maintenance of the Work Management Cycle Plan.
