Intern - Regional Sales Consultant

Background of Functional Area Global Sales Affiliate Development team is responsible for partnering with the affiliates to drive adoption of Global Sales initiatives, policies, and processes that result in enhanced ABO business building practices and foster a culture of sustainable growth.


Project Description Partner with an affiliate to drive adoption of one of Global Sales initiatives, policies, and or processes tied to our AmwayNext growth initiative.  Project will meet time, cost, and adoption targets.


Candidate Development An understanding of Global Sales within a Direct Selling Organization, exposure and interaction with a variety of departments in all areas of the Global Sales organization and project leader and individual contributor partnering with local and global team members.


Desired Degree Enrolled in or pursuing a degree related to: Liberal Arts, Entrepreneurship Programs or Business


Desired Skills  Effective communication and problem solving skills demonstrated through school work or personal experience and leadership and/or project management experience demonstrated through school work or personal experience.


*This is a summer 2019 internship; qualified candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and one semester or more left of school to complete at the beginning of their internship. Candidates who have graduated are not eligible to intern. This position is located in Ada, Michigan.
