Job Summary

Vitronic Promotional Products/Crown Promotional Products, a division of IMAGEN Brands, is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to assist the Warehouse team to deliver products to our customers. This position would be located at our Doniphan/Mobile plant. This position would work with the Warehouse team and report to the Warehouse Manager.


Job Responsibilities

A Warehouse Inventory Clerk would be responsible for:

  • Manage all aspects of shipping orders including but not limited to customer orders, direct ship orders, and back out of order shipping
  • Facilitate all aspects of receiving inventory including but not limited to receiving orders and shipments including receiving containers, printing packing slips for the containers, and receiving in domestic freight
  • Understand and manage earn all the steps of clearing all forms for the end of day and end of month processes
  • Learn processes and correct any outstanding issues with invoice batching
  • Manage all aspects of cycle counting including but not limited to running sheets and correcting any issues, and any other aspect of counting inventory
  • Facilitate cancelled orders to maintain accurate records including but not limited to backing out inventory and scraping inventory
  • Create bin locations, delete bin locations, rank bin locations, and any other as aspect of what needs to be done with bin locations
  • Manage scrap for the Discover Program and email Plant Manager weekly with updated numbers
  • Learn all forms and how to use them for any inventory management/problems
  • Work with Warehouse team to complete tasks  
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment that promotes quality and efficient processes and procedures

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent years of work experience

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends based on business needs


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a promotional products and/or manufacturing industry
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of cycle counting and other inventory practices
