Join our team as the Supply Chain Analyst and help support the execution of center-led supply chain procurement, supply chain optimization, analytics/reporting, and process improvement initiatives for the York final vehicle assembly plant. The position will also be responsible for ensuring continuity of supply chain activities and processes across manufacturing sites.

This is what you’ll do:

•Serve as the primary interface between H-D and an assigned group of domestic, international, or dual tier suppliers tracking daily order, shipment, advance shipping notice, and invoice performance.

•Set, manage, and maintain SAP MRP ECC/APO system settings to ensure on time production and continuity of supply while minimizing investment/storage cost and obsolescence exposure.

•Lead new product/part build events and launches as they transition to plant operations from the product development center.

•Lead the part running change process as applicable to supply chain activities and lead and execute supply tooling capital and expense purchases.

•Serve as the primary interface with plant manufacturing areas regarding supply chain issues as required.

Education Required

Bachelor's degree preferred. Appropriate technical certification (CPIM, CPM) is preferred.

Experience Required

We are looking for someone with three (3) years of demonstrated performance in technical competencies of procurement, engineering, finance, operations and/or quality. Other experience must include:

•Demonstrated competency in production and procurement of raw materials, capital equipment, components and systems in a manufacturing environment (automotive or motorcycle industry preferred).

•Exhibited enhanced awareness of Lean Manufacturing/Operations and technical problem-solving concepts and techniques.

•Demonstrated competence in computer applications, including MRP/DRP or other material requirements driven software. SAP experience a plus.

•Must have advanced data analytics knowledge in Microsoft Excel and/or Access
