Purpose and Objective: SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Insight Expert for our Atlanta, GA office location responsible for the area of Business Insights and Analytics, establishing measurement and reporting system to enable a world-class, performance-driven marketing organization.

 

Expectations and Tasks: This includes determining processes, tools, rhythms and dashboards to most effectively maintain company focus on priorities, while minimizing administrative overhead. This also includes determining means to measure company performance, end to end across disparate data sources. In the area of Budget Tracking and Reporting, monitors and tracks regional funding allocation approach in partnership with finance team and regional marketing teams. Helps deliver a performance-based regional funding model based on targeted revenue performance, growth projections, and actual results. In the area of Program and Campaign Analytics, identifies and monitors marketing investment models to maximize returns across regions, channels and products. In the area of Marketing Tools and Automation, remains abreast of marketing technology and developments to ensure that tools are maximizing their contribution to company success. Helps inform the development roadmap for the marketing technology infrastructure, including marketing automation, demand gen tools, analytics, and website tools. In the area of Marketing Operations Projects, oversees key strategic projects that take place in support of marketing efforts, such as optimizing lead routing processes and improving our lead/opportunity scoring methodology. Assembles and socializes business cases for required process changes and technology enhancements, including configurations, enhancements, and plug-ins that can improve conversion rate and other key performance metrics. 20% travel required.

 

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field of study and 7 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 5 years of experience.

 

 

Work Experience: Experience must involve at least 5 years in the following: statistical tools; quantitative and qualitative analytical experience; SAP Analytics Store, CRM, and Finance Systems; project management and leading projects with global virtual teams; and Operational process experience.

 

 

Travel: 20% travel required, per business need.
