HomeGoods is experiencing growth in your area.  We are always looking to speak to talented individuals for store leadership opportunities including, Key Holders, Assistant Store Managers, and Store Managers.  Additonally, we have opportunities with our other brands:  TJMaxx, Marshalls, and Sierra Trading Post.

Our store leaders are responsible for:

  • Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Service within high volume, fast paced environments
  • Create action plans to increase store sales
  • Manage expenses to optimize business
  • Loss Prevention priorities
  • Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience
  • Recruit, train, develop and manage a large team of hourly Associates
  • Developing associates at all levels and accelerating talent into store leadership positions


 Our store leaders have:

  • Minimum of three years of retail leadership experience in an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager or Multi-unit Manager role
  • Proven ability to manage, develop and motivate a large team
  • Previous volume responsibility of $3 million or more
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and follow through skills
