Advice for Employers and Recruiters
Indeed’s new rules re $25/job, 3rd party feeds, disposition data
Indeed has the market power to force changes on the entire talent acquisition industry. That might sound awful to some, but the reality is that many of the changes they’ve forced have been good for candidates, good for employers, or both. And, clearly, when Indeed makes changes, those changes are likely to benefit Indeed. And we shouldn’t fault them for that.
College Recruiter job search site‘s head of sales, Glen Handrahan, COO, Jeanette Leeds, and founder, Steven Rothberg, get together in this webcast to talk about a few of the most recent changes announced by Indeed: $25 minimum budgets per job; no more single employer feeds from third parties like ad agencies; and mandatory disposition data such as which clicks are converting into applications, interviews, offers, and hires.
