Jooble’s headquarters are located in Ukraine and so, due to the invasion, their business had to completely change overnight. Instead of focusing on connecting job seekers and employers, they needed to ensure the safety and well-being of their own staff. Not only did Jooble survive, but it’s thriving.

Roman joins today’s episode to share how he built Jooble into a global powerhouse that consistently places in various Top 10 job board rankings. Roman also uses this time to discuss how the invasion had initially impacted Jooble and the current state of Jooble in the midst of the war.
