Seeds Processing Plant Manager (1801416) – Stoneville, MS

As a Seeds Processing Plant Manager, you will lead, guide and direct personnel to achieve weekly processing goals. You will be responsible for running a seed processing unit within a site with high level of safety mindset and manage a team.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Lead, guide, and direct personnel to achieve weekly Supply processing goals
- Manage and conduct safety-training meetings to instruct employees in safe operating procedures with a goal of zero reportable injuries/accidents per year
- Responsible for good housekeeping practices and following all QHSE policies to insure a safe work environment
- Manage quality control process steps to result in a final product meeting all standards to be released for sales
- Daily supervision of all personnel and equipment inside the processing plant

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You…
- BS degree or equivalent in experience in Agronomy, Seed Science, Plant Science, Crop Science, Agricultural Economics or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in cotton production/research, cotton ginning, seed production, quality assurance or seed conditioning plant
- Efficient operational mindset and safety awareness
- Follow QHSE training and guidelines
