The Real Estate Performance Excellence Manager in Hub Americas has the responsibility to drive the Performance Excellence scope in Hub Americas related to Real Estate Strategy deployment, Key KPI/Target follow-up, Operational Development, Business Intelligence, Competence Development and Resource Planning. Reporting into the Head of Real Estate, Americas, this role is responsible for specific development initiatives related to Operational Development (e.g., process development) and Business Intelligence for the Real Estate organization. The Real Estate Performance Excellence Manager in Hub Americas will work closely with the members of the central Performance Excellence team in Stockholm and the peers in the other four Hubs. The position is based at Ericsson headquarters in Plano, Texas.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Drive RE strategy embedment and development of Hub/EA/BF specific strategy execution plans plus execution follow-up
  • Identify opportunities for Operational Development and contribute in RE OD plan development
  • Drive & follow-up selected OD initiatives
  • Contribute in annual RE BI strategy development
  • Drive selected RE BI strategy execution initiatives across the Americas
  • Identify gaps & drive activities to improve data quality.  Ensure tableau data integrity for the Americas and work directly with the team to improve understanding and utilization of the reporting capabilities. Act as Hub/EA/BF super-user for tableau and other selected tools.
  • Track and report productivity measurements monthly. Highlight trends and anomalies along with probable causes for variances.
  • Pro-actively contribute to Hub/EA/BF with insights/material for stakeholder dialogues and RE performance follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Americas LT to drive development of selected competence initiatives & training material needs in the Hub. Collaborate with PE counterparts in GRE to ensure alignment.

 

Experience

 

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other related
  • More than three years of related experience in management consulting, business excellence, business finance, performance management, data mining/analytics, process development, or similar line of work
  • Experience of leading others is an advantage
  • Real Estate and/or Ericsson experience is an advantage
