About the role:


Responsible for performing and coordinating Sales Operations processes and projects,  as well as developing and maintaining sales reporting systems.   Primary responsibilities include creating and managing territorial sales quotas, processing commission/incentive award payments, developing incentive compensation plans, performing sales/revenue analytics.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Develop territorial sales quotas based on performance history, territory potential data and sales management input. 
  • Work directly with sales management to identify and validate accurate quota-allocations to all levels of the sales force.
  • Provide analysis and make recommendations to senior sales management on utilization of sales incentives and quota to influence behaviors and drive sales force performance.
  • Develop/design sales incentive compensation plans.
  • Prepare and control commission incentive forecast and budgets for domestic sales divisions.
  • Analyze sales and revenue.  Conduct trending analysis of accounts.  Create adhoc reports.
  • Assist in strategical planning
  • Work with IS to troubleshoot sales reporting, compensation and quota systems.   Analyze data and processes to ensure optimal utilization of the systems.
  • Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.
  • Make recommendations to management to improve processes and support for the sales force.


What we're looking for:

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA Business or related
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of Sales Operations experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel required


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent work experience
  • Medical device experience
