Job Summary

The Sr Process Analyst develops, plans, and manages implementation of activities for highly complex projects/programs utilizing the Salesforce platform. While part of the Salesforce configuration team, you’ll also be responsible for project management, as well as Salesforce administration, configuration, and development.

Job Description

  • Drive and manage the ongoing development of the CRM tool
  • Support adoption by the organization users
  • Support integration of the CRM tool into related areas of the organization
  • Work across multi-functional departments (training, technology, compliance) to manage and develop the Salesforce implementation within different divisions of the company including business process
  • Design techniques including requirements analysis
  • Support Salesforce system configuration – workflow, Process Builder and Flows; custom objects, links, buttons – to facilitate design specifications per project
  • Provide subject matter expertise to create an end-to-end model and cross functional organizational support
  • Provide input for communications and training needs, monitoring key indicators of process quality, such as fallout, billing, ordering, channel effectiveness, and customer experience, while seeking opportunities for improvement
  • Gather input from various channel leads and SMEs to validate comprehensive requirements, rollout plans and test plans for their initiatives


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
  • 6 - 8 years of related experience
  • 5+ years Salesforce administrator experience
  • Experience working with internal business partners and outside consultants
  • Salesforce configuration, deployment experience
  • Project implementation experience including:
    • Analysis of existing data
    • Collection of business, functional, technical, and security requirements


Preferred Qualifications


  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Project management experience
  • MS Excel, MS Access and other standard office tools.  SQL experience in Oracle and MS SQL Server environments a plus.
  • Background in Telecom and/or relevant experience with CenturyLink is a plus.
