Job Purpose


As a Nielsen Field Operations Coordinator, you will ensure effective analysis and resolution of all escalated of all open MSM/ISM Faults/Flags in accordance with established policy


Job Responsibilities (List the major responsibilities/outcomes expected of this role)

  • Support Membership administration work as required
  • Ensure all Sample correspondence/mailings are mailed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist with audits as needed
  • Accurately complete and submit all reports by the deadlines set by the Manager
  • Provide training to Offshore PSA’s as directed by Manager
  • Process Welcome letter
  • Process IPV mailers
  • Process Advance letters
  • Complete PC plus mailers
  • ISM/SM folder state mismatch processing
  • Provide required support to ensure goals are being met on a consistent basis
  • Responsiveness to the needs and requests of support offshore PSA team, departments, peers, and management
  • Checking and responding to all e-mails and voicemails
  • Ensure effective interdepartmental/offshore relations, collaborations, and office professionalism
  • Responsible for additional duties as deemed necessary by Manager to ensure the effective operation of the Regional Operations Center
