Bilingual Analyst, Global Immigration Case Management

  • Research international immigration and visa requirements
  • Prepare and submit visa applications online and to foreign consulates in region
  • Draft clear and concise written work products
  • Liaise with consular offices and third parties when required
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders in the processing of visa applications and other project deliverables
  • Proactively advise and respond to employees on visa processing and documentary requirements, visa options, risks, and timelines.
  • Prepare and coordinate legalization/apostille of documents
  • Organize translations when required
  • Team with Latin American regional offices to serve the firm’s clients
  • Update internal case management system with real time case status information
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative duties associated with global immigration case management, including but not limited to: processing payments and invoices, scheduling visa appointments, and generating reports

    Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Prior global immigration-related experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with global visa laws, regulations, and procedures is highly desirable
