POSITION SUMMARY



The job creates a legendary experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

  • Retail Management (Control the innovations of product ideas and presentation)

  • Inventory Experience



EDUCATION




  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent.  Preferred 1-2 years of college education. 



POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:




  • Efficiently provides quality beverage and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards, while upholding all health, safety and sanitation guidelines.  

  • Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customer comes first” attitude and connecting with the customer, and anticipates customer needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.  Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to maintain a comfortable environment.

  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.  Must exhibit work flexibility as required and must work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Manages cash flow according to policy and procedure and manages inventory using first in first out method. 

  • Assists Barista Coordinator and Retail Manager with the operations of the Coffee Shop and communicates problems identified along with possible solutions.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS




  • Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs  constantly)
