CLINICAL MANAGER TRAUMA SERVICES

Group Attachment Based Intervention (GABI) is an intensive clinical service designed for families with birth to three-year old children who are receiving Preventive Services. GABI will expand from its one site location to 5 sites city-wide. The Clinical Director will be expected to  assist the  Director in all clinical aspects of the Group Attachment Based Intervention expansion, insuring all sites are in compliance with clinical service delivery,  documentation and billing requirements. To provide clinical supervision to all of the Child Development Specialist (MSW,LMSW clinicians and graduate social work trainees. To assist in all aspects of training, program evaluation, implementation and fidelity to the GABI model. Five years of clinical experience and supervision required.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE

Master's degree required.

Minimum of 4 years experience with child parent psychotherapy, GABI, trauma informed care.

LCSW.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess excellent organizational, follow-up, and record keeping skills.
Ability to operate independently in the field using telecommunications and computer access to a database.
Effectively manages own time and resources.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, peers, stakeholders and young children, and their families to maximize self-determination.
Ability to engage and work collaboratively with medical, behavioral health, specialty, educational and social service providers to support family  functioning.
Working knowledge of children's system of care, community based resources and public benefits. 
Ability to travel to all sites  and city wide meetings, GABI trainings as needed. 
Ability to provide and experience providing trauma informed, culturally sensitive community based services to children and families. 

Experience with EHRs, Group Attachment Based Intervention, Preventive Services preferred.
