The Opportunity

The Global Accounts Coordinator is responsible for working with the customer, creating order files and allocating inventors to the orders to ensure on time delivery. You will be part of a team whose responsibility is to satisfy customers through effectively moving our products from our mills and distribution facilities to our customers - easily, accurately, profitably, and on time.


Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and other requests for information, provide solutions and resolution of issues: product claims, problem documentation and delayed orders
  • Generate applicable documentation, as required, including invoices, bills of lading and shipping instructions.
  • Creating order entry
  • Managing customer credit
  • Allocating inventories to orders
  • Captaining and processing change in orders
  • Manage and track customer orders
  • Receive, validate and enter customer orders and review letters of credit
  • Update customer forecast and monitor customer credit
  • Maintain customer files


Required Skills

  • A post-secondary business degree or diploma, preferably with a focus on transportation / supply chain management
  • Experience in the forestry industry or other heavy industry is an asset
  • Working knowledge of web-based computer applications and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
