Customer Service Representative


Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Customer Service Rep to join our Supply Chain team, based in St. Paul, MN. Reporting to the Customer Fulfillment Lead and indirectly reporting to Finance, the Customer Service Rep will be responsible for submitting all customer credits, debits, and RMAs (Return Material Authorizations). Furthermore, this person will be the primary contact for answering phone calls into CPC’s main phone line.



Essential Responsibilities:

  • Interpret incoming customer purchase orders to accurately and timely enter sales orders into Oracle
  • Send customers sales order acknowledgements
  • Work collaboratively with the team in providing customers with accurate dates throughout the order cycle
  • Enter customer complaints into CRM
  • May conduct other customer service duties as necessary


Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Type at minimum 70 WPM with 99% accuracy


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service
  • 2+ years of Oracle experience


Travel:            May include up to 5%
