We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager-Cell Site Solutions opportunity located virtually, in the Michigan, Ohio, Indiana territory.




The regional Account Manager is responsible for selling Macro Site, Cell Tower Infrastructure company products, services or solutions (e.g. RF Path products including antennas, filters, TMAs, coax, fiber, microwave, etc.) to Wireless Operators in the region covering Michigan, Ohio, Indiana.   Customers include:  Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint.   Base of operations would be a home office or equivalent within the geographic region of responsibility.  Tasked with maintaining and growing existing accounts and establishing new business to meet quarterly revenue targets.  Coordinates the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives including achievement of product sales/solution goals. Travel is required.  5+ years Sales/Business Development/Technical Sales Experience with at least 3 years in Wireless/Telecom Infrastructure Sales.  Ideal candidate has both sales experience and a technical background.




Primary Contact / Style of Contact:

  • Develop, grow, and maintain sales and management of customer relationships at all levels within region. Engages appropriate internal resources as necessary, to support sales pursuits. Customer contacts include RF Engineers, Construction & Equipment Engineers, and Managers/Directors.
  • Proactively plan and direct sales activities in respective region by routine visits, customer training, and providing information of new products/solutions in order to achieve maximum results in development of existing and new customers.

    Primary Job Focus: 

  • Manages the on-going account relationships. Maintains account presence by providing value-added services and maintaining professional relationships with key customer personnel, Coordinates the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives; including achievement of product sales/solution goals.
  • Demonstrates significant expertise in assigned product lines and ability to explain technical issues. Has a broad knowledge of the entire product line.

    Job Accountabilities: 

  • Understands customer’s business, technology and product requirements and appropriately matches solutions to meet customer needs
  • Performs revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning and other related sales administrative tasks to grow financial objectives. Provides information and reports, as required, to inform management of sales progress and success.

    Role in sales process:

  • Executes the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying sales leads, coordinating sales activities and required resources for solution development, to presenting solutions and negotiating through the close. Using appropriate sales messaging, favorable influences selection



  • High School Diploma with 5 - 8 years of related Sales experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 5 years of related Sales experience.
  • Communication Skills: Supports and participates in team sales initiatives where applicable by gathering and communicating pertinent information for assigned accounts
  • Strong relationship manager with effective written, oral and presentation communication required.
  • Technical/Engineering Skills: Preferred (e.g. previous engineering experience @ Verizon, ATT, etc., or hardware design experience in antennas, filters, RF Path hardware, etc.)
  • Relationship Building Skills: Able to build relationships with all aspects of the customer organization.
  • Sales/Selling Skills: Account management, technical sales experience of wireless products preferred. Familiarity with to update Sales Pipeline weekly with new opportunities and progress on existing opportunities
  • Account Planning/Forecasting Skills
  • Product/Service/Solution Knowledge
  • Familiarity with Base Station Antennas, Filters, TMA’s, Fiber/Cabling, Cell Site architectures, configurations, and RF spectrum usage, Customer/ Account/Market/Industry Knowledge
  • Good knowledge and understanding of U.S. wireless carrier market, Wireless Technologies and Network, 3G & LTE (e.g. Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook; solid computer skills
  • Energetic, professional, well spoken, approachable and highly organized
  • Key contacts with Wireless Operators (e.g. Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.)
